Update on keynotes
danah boyd and Amber Case declined. Cole Crawford would like more information. Jennifer Pahlka has been invited to keynote.
Update on Call for Proposals
- Barrie included a copy of the CFP in the reminder for this meeting. Feel free to re-distribute. The deadline for the CFP is March 14.

- LC staff will keep the program commmittee updated on the proposals received. Depending on the number and quality, we could extend the call deadline from March 14 to March 21 (but only if we need to).
Review stawman agenda
Barrie distributed a stawman NDSA:Agenda that is a model for a program. The times or type of item (keynote, plenary, panel name, etc) are listed to give us an idea of a an agend. The schedule is very flexible; nothing is set in stone.
Discuss panel ideas and add more
- The Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections Libraries (PACSCL) is working on a storage survey, and they may have something to report on by then.
- eGov initiatives with a stewardship focus
- Preservation of software, and possibly a presentation by Matthew Kirschenbaum on a national software repository
- Session on file format action plans or data management plans
- Preserving facebook digital memorial pages
- Social media archiving or a researchers approach to using social media data
- Cost of preservation
