| We'll start developing a database/spreadsheet of press office contacts at each of the NDSA organizations. Butch will get an initial spreadsheet of contacts and then we'll divide up contacting different organizations to fill it out with press office contacts.

| A goal is to organize the NDSA members to put out a simultaneous press release on the National Strategy document.

| The release date of the press release should be the first day of the Digital Preservation 2013 meeting, July 23, 2013. This gives us a hard date to work towards.

Meeting Notes
Continued discussion of how the Outreach WG can implement the NDSA “news bureau,” concentrating efforts on working to leverage the “news bureau” in support of the rollout of the 2014 National Agenda for Digital Stewardship document.
The draft “National Agenda” document has been distributed to the NDSA-ALL listserv and your comments are encouraged.
Immediate work is in two areas. First is the “Spreadsheet of NDSA Organizational Contacts” at http://www.loc.gov/extranet/wiki/osi/ndiip/ndsa/images/1/19/NDSAContacts-v2.xls
Volunteers are dividing up the work to gather “communication professional” contacts at each organization.
Also shared a draft press release for the Agenda doc which is being reviewed.
Spent a little time discussing progress on the Digital Stewardship Now tool being developed by the Center for History and New Media at George Mason University. Further information is at:
