NDSA:National Agenda Standards Brainstorm

Each Working Group and individual members are being asked to contribute ideas for the agenda during the next few months. In March, the Joint Leadership Team will meet to discuss and draft, with a rollout at the summer meeting. This document explains the purpose and schedule for creating the agenda in more detail.

What are the key challenges and opportunities in the digital preservation space for the year ahead? More specifically:

  • Trends in digital content: What are the emerging content types, formats, or challenges that are of interest to the digital preservation community
  • What are the key gaps that should be addressed in the coming year?
    • For research
    • Infrastructure
    • Organizational roles, policies and practices
