Role of the big picture group

Executive committee? Concern from Michael at the time since we were talking about breaking up the larger group into more specific areas/groups - necessary to do to engage people - then there would be less opportunity for the discussion of the big picture, overseeing the entire Content Teams.

Smaller group to take an interest - a bit of a conceptual exec. committee. Valuable to focus in, but valuable to stand back and squint at whole process.
