NDSA:Content WG September 5, 2012 Meeting Minutes
CWG Meeting notes 1. Activity charters for work group activity o NDSA has developed a template for formally describing the activities and projects of the working groups. Easier for articulating what each group is working on o Abbie has started a draft for CWG o does not need to be for large/formal projects necessarily, can be for smaller activities that folks are gathering around o Sections of the draft that Need work: work on statements strategic value o Thoughts on developing the Activity Charter: Will need to be generic / high level We do not define the problems/goals of the case studies o Thoughts on the case studies Value is in the knowledge sharing and the clarity yielded by the writing process The case studies are not for sharing with the stakeholders per say, but to guide our internal collecting communities on how to work with the stakeholders. We must think about how we are going to educate our stakeholders. o Volunteered to help: Michael Stolller
