NDSA:NDSA Charter

The 35 organizations volunteered to be part of a temporary Organizing Committee. Participants from these organizations were divided into three groups to concentrate on specific issues in standing up the Alliance.

•NDSA:Mission and Values – identify common values and draft a model mission statement

•NDSA:Membership – recommend membership criteria, qualifications, and a model

•NDSA:Organizational Structure – define governance structure for NDSA and rules for participation
