Welcome all new members!
During this meeting, the Working Group:
Discussed challenges of working with content creators (aiming to come up with the top 5-10):
- how to communicate standards to creators
- drawing lines around what an organization is willing to accept from creators
- initiating contact with creators
- providing guidance to content creators on file naming, metadata
- communicating long-term value of content to creators (esp. for news, performance art)
- intersections with creators of citizen-generated content (people making videos/taking pictures of events in Ferguson, Missouri, for example)

Discussed ways we can better understand and provide support for working with creators:
- Plan presentations on models for communicating with creators
- Compile a list of available/shareable guidance for working with creators
