Comments on V4 are currently being accepted. It would be ideal if NDSA members could pass the draft on to the communication professionals in their organization for review.  
Thanks for all your input! Comments on V5 are currently closed. This version will be presented to the NDSA Coordinating Committee at their meeting During Digital Preservation 2012 from July 24-26 in Washington, DC.
