Summary: Split the workshop across two days with a social/working dinner; Unconference/Ignite on the second night
Pros: better, less exhausting, more creative structure for workshops; good to have working/social dinner in the middle
Cons: requires two day commitment from attendees; workshop won't get benefit of Ignite/unconference at the end
