"We are just starting to plan the 2014 roadmap; and some of the locations for regional meetings we are considering: Washington DC, New York City, Atlanta Georgia and Austin, Texas - around South by Southwest. (And I see we just got a plug for Madison, WI from a partner). We would like to have a meeting west of the Rockies at some point too; but since only 25% of our partners are in the west, it is not as practical in the short term.

In DC, we were considering a meeting on or around May 1 towards the beginning of ARLIS http://arlisna2014.sched.org; although we are just in preliminary conversations.  And for that meeting we were not sure if it should be a regional AIT meeting or focused on art library/museum partners and colleagues.  And of course SAA is also in DC later in the year although for that conference we would probably continue the BOAF's with Tessa."
