"Saving Today for Tomorrow" has been deemed to be a good starting point for further refinement.

  • Need to identify the "what" of digital preservation. Something more eloquent than "digital content."
  • How to bring in the core NDSA concepts of group cooperation/togetherness/collective action to the statement phrase?

=== Variations ===

  • Timeless content, timely action
  • Timeless content, common goals
  • Timeless content, united effort

Here are a few ideas that may or may not be good:

Today's knowledge, Tomorrow's foundation

Today's actions, Tomorrow's knowledge

Partners for tomorrow's knowledge

Collaboration today for information tomorrow

Ensuring today's information for tomorrow's use

Partnership to preserve electronic information

A digital future through collaboration today (or now) Blane Dessy

Ideas for how to describe the "what" in ways that the public will understand

  • Preserving your computer life
  • Preserving your life online (or your online life) - I know that not everything we're preserving is online, but I thought I'd suggest it anyway. Lisa Gregory

Yet Another Variation

  • Saving memories today for tomorrow
