This is a work-in-practice draft of a template for the Standards and Best Practices Knowledge Base.

Key: Element (Obligation, Repeatability, Data constraint)

Obligation is either M (Mandatory) or O (Optional)
Repeatability is either R (Repeatable) or NR (Not Repeatable)
Data constraint is either Text (Free text), Date (ISO 8601 Date format), Controlled (Controlled value) or Container (Contains sub-elements)
- If the Data constraint is Controlled, the valid values follow the element
