The implementation examples activity of the Audit and Certification project is compiling descriptions of self-assessment and audit projects. these descriptions will share experiences about various kinds of approaches to completing a self-assessment
This activity will use a basic template (below) to capture information about examples in a similar and comparable manner. NDSA Standards members and others (whoever memebrs choose to share the template with) should consider trying out the template to describe self-assessment projects with which they are familiar.
- Name of Organization or Group: Identify the affiliation of the group that is leading/led the initiative
- Review Mechanism: Identify the self-assessment or audit tool being used (e.g., TRAC 2007, ISO TRAC, DRAMBORA, Data Seal of Approval)
- Description: Briefly describe the digital repository self-assessment, audit or certification initiative (e.g., test audit, slef-assessment project)
- Dates: List approximate start, end, last updated dates
- Intended/desired outcomes: List the objectoves - intended and/or desired outcomes - of the initiative
- URL: Provide a link (or links) to additional information about the initiative and/or to results
