The implementation examples activity of the Audit and Certification project is compiling descriptions of self-assessment and audit projects.  This activity will use a basic template (draft below) to capture information about examples in a similar and comparable manner:

* Name of Organization or Group: Identify the affiliation of the group that is leading/led the initiative
This activity will use a basic template (below) to capture information about examples in a similar and comparable manner.  NDSA Standards members and others (whoever memebrs choose to share the template with) should consider trying out the template to describe self-assessment projects with which they are familiar.
* Review Mechanism: Identify the self-assessment or audit tool being used (e.g., TRAC 2007, ISO TRAC, DRAMBORA, Data Seal of Approval)
 
* Description: Briefly describe the digital repository self-assessment, audit or certification initiative (e.g., test audit, slef-assessment project)
