The next call to choose awards will be scheduled the week of Dec 19-23. On this call we will discuss and choose the 3-5 awards that we want to give. Current ideas for possible awards are listed on the team wiki.

- End of January – Coordinated plan for outreach, promotion, and solicitation of nominations will be ready by the end of January.
