Summary: Split the workshop across two days with a social/working dinner; Unconference/Ignite on the second night Pros: better, less exhausting, more creative structure for workshops; good to have working/social dinner in the middle Cons: requires two day commitment from attendees; workshop won't get benefit of Ignite/unconference at the end
Day 1 (Tentatively December 1st)
- Out of town guests arrive this morning or the night before
- Optional behind-the-scenes tour of a DC collection
- Lunch as a group
- Workshop session 1 of 3
- Social/working dinner
Day 2 (Tentatively December 2nd)
- Catered breakfasty-thing
- Workshop session 2 of 3
- Lunch
- Workshop session 3/3
- Wrap up in early afternoon
- Ignite and Unconference in late afternoon/evening
