The committee is currently planning for the 2022 in person conference. Forum 10/10 - 10/12, all events 10/9 -10/13 in Baltimore, MD.

* COVID-19 resources and health concerns
** Does the venue require masks or vaccinations?
** Do we want to require masks or vaccinations?
** Are masks available that are clear to make for easier lip reading?
* Update the Accessible Presentations materials for in person
* Update and Create new guidelines for accessible events focused on the venue
** Designating and publicizing a quiet room, nursing room, gender-neutral restrooms, and other features at the Forum venue
** Helping to arrange DLF Forum childcare services
** Setting up and publicizing community note-taking docs, compiling important accessibility tips for people creating slide decks, and promoting sharing of conference materials through DLF’s OSF for Meetings account
** Facilitating ride-share and room-share connections via a public exchange, to help make the Forum more economically accessible
** As well as other related issues around accessibility/health issues (water, accessible bathroom, gender neutral bathroom, scent issues, quiet space, nursing mother space, parking, movement). Jasmine can send an example.
