			We will need a facilitator identified for each Content Team, so that Cathy and Abbie have a single point of contact. (If two want to share tasks, co-facilitators are welcome.)

			We ask that the facilitator
			* schedule/organize their Content Teams meetings
			* report back on group activities to CWG Co-Chairs regularly (and to larger CWG membership, as needed)

			We estimated probably a 1/2 hr of work per week (or about 2 hrs a month).

			Note: the goal is not for the facilitator to lead all of the work of the group; we expect all members to play an active role!
